Shipping
We ship all Helmet Hats from Australia — straight to your door.
Processing time
Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days (we’re pretty quick).
Delivery time (Australia)
Usually arrives within 2–7 business days, depending on where you are.
You’ll get tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Australia is $12.
Free standard shipping applies when the order subtotal exceeds $100 AUD.
Returns (no stress)
We get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right.
We want to make returns as simple as possible. Our 30-day returns policy covers change-of-mind and fit returns, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply separately and are not affected by this policy.
If your item is faulty, unsafe, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and provide the appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
If your item arrives with visible shipping damage, please let us know within seven days where possible. This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind or fit returns, customers arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. If an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as described above.

If there is visible shipping damage, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it ASAP.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
